NARR Forms

When a rat is sold or placed that is already registered, use this form to record a change of ownership. If the rat has never been registered, the new owner should complete either the Individual Rat Registration Application or the Litter Member Registration Application, depending on whether the rat was part of a NARR registered litter or not.

On the form, mark the appropriate membership type that applies to you.
Enter the Previous Owner's Information in the space provided, and have the previous owner sign the form.
Enter your information in the spaces provided for "New Owner's Information."
Enter the rat's registration number and registered name in the spaces provided for "Rat Information."
Supply any updated health information you have relating to this rat.
Print, sign, date, and mail the application with the appropriate fees (if applicable), or fax the form to the number listed on the member's only page of the main site.

Important! For rats not owned by the breeder, this form MUST be signed by BOTH the previous owner and new owner to be accepted!
