Litter Member Registration
Use this
form to register a rat that is from a litter with a litter number. This
form should be used to register rats from a registered litter when they
are placed, and also be used to register rats which the breeder is keeping. If
the rat does not have a litter number, please use the Individual
Rat Registration
Application. If the rat has already been
registered, please use the Transfer of
Ownership form.
This
form can be submitted by either the new owner or the breeder, to assure
that information on all litter members can be effectively tracked.
To complete the Litter Member Registration Application:
-

database (typically this takes less than a week, but could take slightly
longer).
